Q. What exactly is included in the pizza meal deal?
A. The qualifying pizza meal deal includes 2 pizza’s and a drink. The pizza’s will be clearly stickered in-store stating they are part of the meal deal. However the products in offer are: Medium Thin & Crispy Stone baked and Deep Pan Pizzas in any 4 topping flavour or 4 topping Create Your Own. Pizza’s £3 each. The bottled drink includes Coca Cola 1.25L each, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 1.75L each, FANTA 1.5L each. Drinks £1.88 to £2.10 each.
Q. How do I register for this reward?
A. Check that you are eligible for this reward and then complete the registration form.
You’ll need to provide the required information as well as uploading an image or scan of your purchase receipt. You’ll need to make sure the image of the receipt is clearly showing the date when you made the purchase, the receipt number and the pizza meal deal. A. The reward is a choice of either 1x Sky Store Online Movie Voucher, for use on www.skystore.com/redeem or the Sky Store app. The credit value for each code is £5.49, so you can choose a movie to rent and watch online or on the Sky Store app. You can also choose to pay extra for a Buy & Keep or Sky Store Premiere movie. OR 1x Vue Voucher, which can be exchanged for a 2D admission ticket either at the Box Office or on https://www.myvue.com/.
Q. I’ve registered but I haven’t heard back. What do I do?
A. If you’ve completed the registration form then we will email you back within 2 hours to confirm whether it’s been deemed approved or rejected (in some instances it may take up to 24 hours). If you’ve been successfully validated then (depending what reward you’ve chosen), you’ll receive an email with a link to collect your Sky Store Online Movie Voucher – this link is valid for 7 days, OR a link to collect your Vue Ticket – this link is valid for 14 days. We’ll also email you if your registration was unsuccessful – it may be that the receipt image was not sufficient or unclear, so you can submit your claim again. Remember to check your junk email too.
Q. I have my Sky Store Online Movie Voucher. How do I use it?
A. It’s really simple. Go to www.skystore.com/redeem or the Sky Store app, enter your code and click ‘Redeem’. Sign up or sign in (you don’t have to be a Sky TV customer), choose your movie and watch online or on the Sky Store app (available on Android, iOS, Roku and NOW TV box). Your Sky Store Online Voucher is valid for 7 days. Once added to your account, you will have 12 months in which to use your credit balance before the balance is removed from your account.
Q. I have my Vue Ticket. How do I use it?
A. It’s really simple. Go to https://www.myvue.com/ and enter the code in to ‘Add a promo code’ after you have selected the site/film/time, or at Vue Box Office and exchange your voucher code for a 2D admission ticket. It won’t be accepted for bookings made over the phone. Your Vue ticket is valid for 14 days. Voucher can be used at any location and for any standard film release. Voucher will exclude Bond No Time To Die for first 2 weeks of its release (released on 30th Sept), only valid from 14th October 2021.

Q. The movie I want to watch costs more than £5.49, can I still watch it?
A. Each Sky Store Online Movie Voucher is worth £5.49, so any film up to that value can be redeemed. If the film cost is above £5.49, then you have the option of paying the difference.
Q. Do I need to be a Sky customer to use the Sky Store Online Movie Voucher?
A. No, you don’t need to be a Sky customer to make use of the offer.
Q. I bought a pizza meal deal online at https://groceries.asda.com, can I claim the offer?

- Once submitted, an email will be sent to customer via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours informing them whether their claim has been accepted or rejected.
- If the claim is successful and customers chose the Sky Store Movie Voucher, they will be emailed a link to access their Sky Store Movie Voucher and instructions on how to use it. The link and the Sky Store Online Movie Voucher is valid for 7 days.
- If the claim is successful and customers chose the Vue Voucher, they will be emailed a link to access their Vue Voucher and instructions on how to use it. The link and the Vue Voucher is valid for 14 days.
- If your claim is deemed unsuccessful, you will be notified via email and can attempt to claim again.
- The Sky Store Voucher may be redeemed at Sky Store to credit your account with £5.49. Sky Store Vouchers may only be redeemed and spent on either the Sky Store website located at www.skystore.com/redeem, or on the Sky Store app on your compatible Roku box or Android device.
